Do you Travel?
Yes! We love to do travel photography! Travel photography is probably one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Not only do we get to see new places and meet cool new clients, but we love that we get to capture the experience with you! If the location that we are traveling to is more than 2 hours from the heart of Roanoke, travel charges do apply. Travel charges are an additional 50 cents per mile traveled. The travel charges cover the time, gas, and mileage put on our vehicles.
How long before we get our finihsed photos?
After a session you can expect to get a few photos as a teaser within 2 days! The rest of the photos will be finished and delivered to you within 2-6 weeks. The time frame really depends on the package that you choose and how many photos we get from the shoot.
How many photos do we get?
The amount of photos you may receive varies because it depends on a variety of details. The main detail that affects the amount of photos you will receive is the package type. All packages can be viewed on Facebook pinned to the top of the business profile.
How do we get our photos?
When we are done editing your teaser photos we will send you a link to a Pixieset online gallery. This gallery is where we will upload all of your photos for you to download right onto your devices. We will set the photos to online quality for the best results to post on social sites. If you would like to make prints of the photos we will add a setting that allows you to download print quality and you can get prints directly off of Pixieset.com!
Do you retouch photos?
Of course! We retouch all of our photos unless asked not to. Special requests are taken into consideration as well. If there is a quality about your photos that you would like us to pay close attention to, we are more than happy to discuss what you would like done.
Whats your turn around time?
Approximately 2-6 weeks depending on the type of session.
How do we book you?
You can book us via email, phone call, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram! Just contact us and we will discuss availability.
Can you help us with planning?
Definitely! We WANT to help you with planning! One of the things we love most about our jobs is that we get to collaborate with you on bringing your vision to life. Two types of sessions we like to be extremely involved in are wedding and surprise engagement shoots. These shoots take special time and care to plan. We want to be as involved as possible to make certain we make your shoot a banger!
How far out do you book?
We book out up to 2 years in advance! Our Saturdays and Sundays book up extremely fast. So, if you have a weekend date in mind, it is best to book sooner rather than later.
What should we do for an engagement session?
For an engagement session we recommend that you dress in outfits that compliment each other and the location of the shoot. Make sure that you have the ring and if there is anything that is special to you and your significant other, let us know! There is no such thing as too much detail. The story of how you two came to be is another detail that we would like to know so we can make your shoot specific to your relationship.
What should we wear?
Stylized shoots are how we create the best content! For each shoot we are wanting to capture a specific over all theme and color scheme. Keep the location and nature of your relationship in mind when deciding on what to wear. If you need any extra guidance on what to wear for the shoot, just let us know and we will be more than happy to help!
Travel
